Tracy was born into Mobile Glass team as she spent a lot of time as a child helping her Father run the company. Tracy has Leo the Pomeranian who spends every day in the office helping the team.Her favorite place to travel is the Philippines and she loves eating seafood.

Erin Mosso

Office Manager
Erin joined Mobile Glass two years ago and keeps us organized. She likes spending her free time playing with her Chocolate Lab Moose, reading books, watching reality TV, hockey and football. Her favorite teams are the Chicago Blackhawks, Wisconsin Badgers and Philadelphia Eagles.

Estimator/Project Manager
Dan has been with Mobile Glass for 12 years and ran many successful projects as a foreman. He recently transitioned into the Estimator and Project Manager position. He is afraid of snakes but this will not prevent him from going to Australia, his favorite vacation destination.

Alena has been with Mobile Glass for three years, bringing outstanding leadership, customer service and attention to detail. In her free time Alena enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons. She enjoys experimenting with different recipes in the kitchen.

Tom has been with Mobile Glass for 37 years and is an exceptional foreman. Our team members nicknamed him “Pa”. He enjoys camping, kayaking and motorcycle rides with his wife Pam. Tom enjoys steak and watching the Packers.

Josh has been with the team for 12 years and is an impeccable caulker. He has a beautiful wife, three sons and Doug the Pug. A relaxing evening for Josh includes a large pizza, diet coke and watching his favorite movie the Waterboy.

Kyle has been with Mobile Glass for a year and has become a right-hand man in the field. We call him Russ so that there is no confusion between the two Kyle’s. In his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Dan has been with Mobile Glass for 12 years and is an outstanding foreman. He is an incredible teacher when it comes to training our younger personnel. During his free time he enjoys golfing, wood work, and watching all Wisconsin sports- Badgers, Brewers and Packers.

Once a project is awarded to Mobile Glass, you will be immediately assigned to a team of experienced Project Managers.  With years of combined experience, our project management team will walk you through our process, from drafting to installation. Mobile Glass recognizes the importance to relay information between all parties involved in your construction project, creating a smooth workflow from beginning to end.

  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
